Delivery Policy
Our delivery charge is based on both the size of the order and the distance we have to travel. We will deliver the order to the nearest door, gate or garage. Our insurance forbids our taking tables and chairs through your house to a backyard or a patio, but we can go through a gate. We will pick up your order on Sunday or Monday, whichever you request. There must be someone at the home for both delivery and pick-up. The tables and chairs should be stacked as we delivered them. Our delivery charge does not include set-up, but we will do the setting up for an additional charge. If you elect to save the delivery fee by picking up your order yourself, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING. We will bring your order to your truck, but our insurance prohibits us from actually loading our customers' vehicles. The pick up vehicle must be suitable for your order. It must be large enough to hold the items comfortably. It must be clean. You must have any necessary pads and ropes. We do not supply these items.
